In 1997, Boysen Enterprises and Boysen Agri-Services were merged, combining our financial planning services business with our agribusiness consulting business to create one company with 24 years of experience.

The principal of Boysen & Associates, Melicent Boysen, has been assisting business owners, individuals, government agencies, and non-profit organizations in business development, financial planning and operations management for thirty years.
For the past twenty years, Melicent Boysen has devoted a significant amount of time to non-profit business management and served as a Founding Board Member and officer of two non-profit organizations, as well as a consultant to other non-profit organizations and communities.
Beginning in 1984, Melicent Boysen became involved in several land use and economic development projects with American Indian Tribal governments. One outcome from involvement with these communities, was the establishment of a non-profit organization, which focuses on providing advocacy for improvement in the health, education, and social development of American Indian youth.
